Terms of Use

1 Purpose

Burrito is a party game for groups of friends: truth-or-dare style prompts, icebreakers, and voting rounds, played on a single phone or across a private online room. These Terms may be updated at any time; continued use after a material change means you accept the new terms.

2 Access & age requirement

Burrito is rated 17+ and contains adult humor and mature themes. By using the app, you confirm you are at least 17 years old, or the age of majority in your territory if higher.

There is no account creation: opening the app starts an anonymous session tied to your device.

3 Services provided

Burrito offers five game modes (Truth or Dare, Never Have I Ever, Would You Rather, He's a 10 but..., More Shocked If...) plus a rotating Weekly Theme, in two play modes: locally on one phone, or online through a private room joined with a 4-digit code.

4 Account & data

Burrito has no user accounts. Data handling for your anonymous session and any online room you join is described in full in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5 Burrito Premium (subscription)

Burrito Premium unlocks Hardcore intensity across every game mode and the full Weekly Theme archive. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial; unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription converts automatically to a recurring paid plan billed by Apple. Exact pricing for your storefront is shown in the App Store before purchase and may vary by country.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.

All payments are processed by Apple under its own Standard End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these Terms.

6 User conduct

When using Burrito, you agree to:

• Only play with people who consent to the app's mature content.
• Not use online rooms to harass, threaten, or share illegal content with other players.
• Not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the online multiplayer service.
• Respect the intellectual property of Simplibot and third parties.

7 Intellectual property

The app (code, design, game content, the Burrito name and logo) is the property of Simplibot. Text you type during an online round (a display name, a custom answer) stays yours; you grant Simplibot a limited, revocable license to transmit it to the other players in that room for the sole purpose of running the game.

8 Limitation of liability

Burrito is a game of prompts and dares chosen and acted out by the players themselves. Simplibot is not responsible for what players say or do while playing, for content typed by other players in an online room, for service interruptions, or for any indirect damages.

Simplibot's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Burrito Premium over the preceding 12 months.

9 Termination

You can stop using Burrito and cancel any subscription at any time (see §5). Simplibot may suspend access to online rooms for a device found abusing the service (harassment, disruption, exploits), without prior notice.

10 Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution; failing that, disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
